Welcome to the website of the East of England Region of u3a's.

To find a u3a near you please look at the Members page where you will find links to u3as listed by counties. Click on those that you are interested in to find out about their activities and joining information.

Our region includes the six counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.
We are a very diverse region, from isolated rural villages to city metropolis, from agriculture to service industry, manufacturing to technology and the people are excitingly diverse too. We have 6 Universities within our region including Cambridge, Anglia Ruskin, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and East Anglia.

At present there are 140 u3as within our Region, and with the success and growth of the movement we are welcoming more u3as all the time.
Every u3a is a member of the Third Age Trust and across the 12 regions of the UK there are now over 1000 u3as, and over 400,000 members.
The East of England Region is restructuring its organisation to improve helping with growth, development and educational support.

Within the Region there are Networks and Clusters of u3a's.
